At Ysabel Mora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items must have the protective seal intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
